About processed pet foods and your pet's health

Did you know that in 2007 the global pet food industry was thrown into a terrible crisis by what experts called the 'melamine scandal'. This meant that many of the popualr brands of pet packaged foods were found to contain the industrial chemical which resulted in the deaths of thousands of pets. This problem was widespread in the US and Canada but it also affected many European countries as well as South Africa.
